Claims related to the purchase of a calimoto GmbH gift voucher must be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase. This does not apply to voucher codes issued as part of promotional discounts or contests. Claims received after the 14-day period from the date of purchase or exchange will not be accepted. A claim can be submitted electronically or by mail.

Unless a specific validity period is stated, gift vouchers have an unlimited validity. However, calimoto GmbH reserves the right to expire gift vouchers at a predetermined time. In case of a dispute, customers have the option to submit the affected gift vouchers for review electronically or by mail.

Gift vouchers from calimoto GmbH may be redeemed exclusively on the website https://www.calimoto.com. The redemption of the gift voucher is only possible before completing the ordering process. Subsequent offsetting is not permitted. The credit from a gift voucher will neither be paid out in cash nor does it accrue interest. In case of loss, there is no option for replacement. Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per order.

The gift voucher is transferable unless the seller has knowledge of, or acts grossly negligently in ignorance of, the non-entitlement, legal incapacity, or lack of authorization of the respective holder.

When purchasing a gift voucher from calimoto GmbH, the place of performance is the registered office of calimoto GmbH. If a gift voucher is sent to the buyer in physical form (not electronically), the risk of accidental loss or damage, in accordance with § 447 of the German Civil Code (BGB), passes to the buyer or redeemer upon delivery to the person or entity designated to carry out the shipment.
